Evaluation Session

During the evaluation session, we will discuss topics like your health history, concerns, barriers and goals you would like to focus on. You will also be asked to complete a questionnaire and perform various assessments/tasks. All information obtained through the evaluation session will contribute to your client-focused intervention plan.
Treatment Session
1 hr
$150(Tier 1)/$100(Tier 2)/TBD(Tier 3)
Treatment sessions focus on our intervention plan. They are catered to each individual and your needs/abilites at the time of the session.
Sliding Scale
A sliding scale is a flexible pricing structure dedicated to economic justice as it allows for my clients to pay based off of income and add. while ensuring that I am paid a livable wage to continue providing services.
Tier 1
Full Fee
You may fall into this tier if the following apply;

You have a relatively high degree of earning power

You have access to financial security, own property or afford high end rent, and have personal savings

You are able to pay for things you want without sacrificing and do not worry about basic needs such as food and housing
Tier 2
Discounted
You may fall into this tier if the following apply;

You have access to basic needs such as food, housing, etc. but at times with difficulty

You are able to put some money to the side to save or splurge

You are underemployed
Tier 3
What You can afford
